Has bilateral symmetry, are ecothermic and are heterotrophic. Is a fish around the size of an adult women's hand, is either spotted or striped or even both and has large eyes and spines all over its body. They use their spines to scare away predators, use their powerful beak-like jaw to crush and consume their prey and use their gills to squirt water out and jet the fish forward. Striped burrfish are covered with spines that are always erect. It has very few predators but one of them would be the tigershark. Prey is invertabrates such as crabs, shrimp, mussels as well as crustaceans.
