Blue Crab (Callinctes Sapidus)
The scientific name of the Blue Crab is the Callinctes Sapidus. The habitat of this organism is           
the saltwater areas and the estuary.
The domain-Eukarya;kingdom-Animalia;phylum-Metazoa;class-Crustacea;order-Malacostface; family-Eucarda;genus-Callinctes ;species-Sapidus. This organism has bilateral symmetry, which mean it has symmetry. The Blue Crab has blue, white, and red body. Three adaptations That the Blue Crab has are countershading, craws to protect themselves, and the can crawl fast so if they need to get away from something they can run fast. This organism is exothermic which means that whatever the temp is around them that is their temp. The prey of this animal are to eat little fish and scrapes, the predators of this animal are birds. The organism is herterotrophic which means it does not produce they are consumers. A cool fact about the Blue Crab is that the females tummy has a dome shape and the male has a pencil shape on his tummy.
